Graduated from Sorbonne Business School, Véronique has more than 10 years of building corporate strategies in industrial multinationals.
Her career started in M&A advisory in Paris before she joined the corporate world in Strategy, M&A and Development positions in HQ of industrial groups like LafargeHolcim (building materials) and Valeo (automotive equipment). During her missions Véronique managed and contributed to the projects of different sizes (from few millions to 2bn of euros), of different types (greenfield, license, merger, acquisition, divestment, partnership) in all regions of the world.
In 2019 Véronique established Comme Il Faut (rebranded as CIF Strategic Partnerships in 2021), a business coaching & project management company that supports leadership teams in building partnerships, global or local, from initiation, structuring, negotiation, contracting up to execution.
Certified in Disruptive Strategy & Strategy Execution by Harvard Business School, Véronique continues to work on innovative projects with startups and tech companies by building emergent strategies, creating new processes and dedicated teams with growth mindset inside of corporations.
Passionate about travelling, Véronique lives between Paris and Dubai. She is perfectly trilingual (French / English / Russian) and speaks 8 languages, believing that cultural competence is one of the keys to success.
